Natural blessing in Malaysia made my wish ‘to draw’ come true

For her, there are three conditions needed before she starts to draw. There is the time to draw, knowing what she wants to draw and the feeling that she wants to draw. When all the three conditions came together, she painted again around 2014, when her children have grown up and then she has enough time with room in her mind. She will find a subject what she wants to draw when she goes out for a morning walk in her neighborhood or she visits the backyard of her in-law’s. It is like a treasure hunt. Thanks to her big-hearted Malaysian family and friends who come from their diverse cultural background with their support, she is able to draw freely. There are many surprises under the powerful tropical sun here.  She is surprised to encounter unique plants and animals. Insects which come when she is drawing flowers, squirrels and little birds which gather on the trees for fruits. But she knows the sad fact while she is observing and interacting with the nature of Malaysia. Wild animals are forced from their home in rainforests where the nature is lost and environment is degraded in the process of development.  Precious things are lost rapidly. That is why she wants to leave her paintings on canvas her feelings with respect and gratitude to the nature in Malaysia.
